Kwick is a marketplace platform that facilitates transactions between independent buyers and sellers. As such, return and refund policies may vary depending on the individual seller.

2. Standard Return Guidelines

We encourage all sellers to offer a clear return policy. Generally, items can be returned if:

  • The item is significantly different from the description.
  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival (for delivered items).
  • The wrong item was sent.

3. Inspection Period

For face-to-face transactions, we strongly advise buyers to inspect the item thoroughly before making payment. Once a face-to-face transaction is completed, Kwick cannot facilitate a return or refund.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are unable to reach an agreement with a seller regarding a return, you may contact Kwick Support to mediate the dispute. We will review the communication history and transaction details to reach a fair resolution.
